Bali Blue is a medium-dark roasted
variety that uses beans that have
been sourced from a strictly organic
farm in the Kintamani region of Bali,
Indonesia.
Boss Brew Coffee’s newest choice
captures the full rich flavor that Bali coffee
has become internationally famous for, and
which draws thousands of tourists to its
shores annually.
Their new Bali Blue comes available in a standard or espresso grind—
meaning a medium or fine grind—or in whole beans.
Bali Blue is a particularly robust and rich variety that has a full flavor
palette reminiscent of dark chocolate, molasses and brown sugar.
It is made exclusively from Bourbon, Typica and Catimor beans that have
been grown organically in volcanic loam soil at high altitudes in Kintamani.
After they are hand-picked, they are wet-hulled and dried using a raised bed drying
process that has been developed to capture the full flavor and bouquet of the beans for
you.
