Kids' Cooking Skills Charity Sets Up
Kitchens In West Town, Chicago
Orphanages
You can now join celebrity chef Joey Morelli on his mission to feed the children
of Chicago and help him teach kids the cooking skills that will promise them a
life of good health.
Joey’s Food Fight is responsible
for an increasing number of
functional, modern and fully
stocked and staffed kitchens
across the city of Chicago.
They are working towards a
single goal of eliminating
hunger and are teaching
lifelong essential cooking skills
at orphanages in the city.
As the charity grows, they're helping more
children in Chicago to thrive on a daily basis
with a nutritional, filling diet and to enjoy a
self-sufficient future.
Joey Morelli knows children who are
raised in orphanages and other
temporary care facilities are rarely
taught essential culinary skills
That's why Joey’s Food Fight's
programs focus on kitchen skills as
well as food storage, safety and
nutrition. Chef Morelli also brings his
passion for cooking to children in
need.
Joey’s Food Fight believes food means safety, nourishment, community,
and often love, which is what they hope to bring to all the kids they
support.
