and Pascal Olhats, will host a Bastille Day dinner on July
14 at 7 p.m., featuring French accordion music and Can-
Can dancers.

Bourgogne escargot are
appetizer options, while entrees
include Duck a L’Orange or
Whitefish with lemon, butter and
parsley.

Olhats boasts a long career in Orange County
