bonus for this year.
Those who wish to start their career in America will
receive a minimum starting pay rate of $32 an
hour.
Our program has raise schedules at
$1 per hour at 12, 18, and 30
months for a minimum of $35 per
hour at 30 months. 
You will also receive an additional $5
per hour after 6,000 productive work
hours, regardless of where you are in
your contract term. 
Additional benefits include a sign-on bonus of up to $7,000 paid in
full and before the start of your U.S. assignment. 
This is an overall pay package
increase of around 15% from
previous offerings.
