How To Plan Family Meals For Picky Eaters:
Healthy Food Tips For Working Moms
Tired of opening up the fridge one hour
before dinner and wondering what you
could make out of your leftovers?
Does running to the grocery store
make you want to scream every time
you realize you forgot something
again!?!
Are you frustrated with always
having to catch up and never
being prepared and ready for
mealtimes ahead of time?
If this sounds like you, then
you're at the right place! Let
Kare Mare show you the way
to efficient and delicious meal
planning!
Did you know the frequency
of family dinners has
dropped 33 percent in the
past 20 years?
If you're working a full-time job
and juggling other activities, no
wonder you find it difficult to
prepare food seven days a
week.
Known in her community as
Kare Mare, Karey Martin
provides tips and strategies to
help you prepare healthy family
meals in less time.
In the interview, Kare explains
that the first step in her
coaching program is to ask
you what success in this area
means for you.
While answers vary, she
says that most mothers want
to have a few sit-down,
stress-free mealtimes with
their family.
Martin's goal is to help you let go
of the guilt that commonly
comes with not being able to
cook all meals for the family.
She advises using the 80/20
principle.
The idea is for you to plan and
prep for 80% of family meals,
while allowing the family to eat
takeout or leftovers 20% of
the time.
