Highland Park Charity Initiative:
Culinary & Life Skills Lessons For
Orphanages
Support a non-profit and help
young people become self-
sufficient! You’ll help them learn to
source and cook food and enjoy
healthy, affordable meals while
learning life skills.
This new fundraising
campaign supports
Chicago chef Joey
Morelli's non-profit
organization, Joey’s
Food Fight.
The non-profit also hosts a
YouTube channel featuring
educational and entertaining
cooking lessons designed to
foster children's personal
development in a fun and
informative way.
Joey’s Food Fight is
based in Chicago but,
with the new campaign,
aims to spread its
mission to orphanages
around the world.
By teaching children how to
cook and support themselves
in a basic but vital way, Joey’s
Food Fight helps young people
gain a lifelong sense of self-
sufficiency and confidence.
The charity hopes to inspire
orphans all over the world.
Joey travels internationally to
set up orphanage kitchens
and teach food sourcing and
cooking on a budget.
Meal by meal, we can build a better future for children in need
who could be tomorrow’s leaders – and so we can help build a
better future for everyone.
