healthy meal prepping

All menu items are crafted by
Chef Nicole “Mei Mei” Tran,
and feature beloved restaurant-
inspired dishes made with more
nutritious ingredients.
The newly launched
service is ideal if you’re
busy or wish to slim down. 
New menus are released on
Tuesdays after 6 P.M., and
you can order on a weekly
or monthly basis.

daily recommended nutritional
intake.
When you don’t get the
vitamins and minerals you

Of course, food
preparation takes time —

do not have.
Gourmei Meals provides
well-balanced dishes that
are professionally made,
thus helping you improve
your diet.
To keep things simple, the company
offers only three recipes at a time
which are rotated weekly. Chicken
and turkey are always featured on
the menu, while the third item will
rotate between beef, shrimp, and
salmon. 
You have the option of
ordering 5 to 12 meals a week.
