is feeling the effects of burnout:
chronic fatigue, physical chronic
pain, irritability, and other mental
health challenges.

The 30-Day Happiness
Challenge encourages you
to shift your perceptions.
Experts have noted that the
overall global happiness
score dropped several points
at the onset of the pandemic.
While this was
understandable, analysts
became concerned when
there seemed to be a
continuing downward trend.
Despite countries trying to regain
normalcy, many professionals still
felt overburdened with life or tried
to compensate for their lack of
control by becoming too focused
at work.
Founder, Dr. Leslie Bosch, was
working long hours in a demanding
job that ended up with her gaining
weight, having insomnia, being
highly stressed, and working

her husband.
