adding an array of different yoga
classes to its busy class schedule.
You can pick from classes in
different yoga styles like Hatha and
Vinyasa.
They also have unique sessions
like their Mellow Flow Yoga,
which runs on Saturday
mornings, or their Relax and
Restore sessions, which are held
on Thursday evenings. 
Like all the group classes
run by the studio, their yoga
sessions are taught by

private and group dance
classes.
You can choose from their iconic Lady Firecracker
Fitness sessions on Mondays and their Romantic
Rhythm Rumba on Tuesdays.
