grant contest sponsored by The
City of Detroit.
Motor City Match connects new
and expanding businesses with
services and space to grow,
providing them with the funding
and tools to fuel the city's
entrepreneurial revolution.
Candidates in the Plan
and Develop rounds must
be Detroit residents.
The program favors those
businesses that are poised
for success and that will help
with the city's goals of
rebuilding.
Candidates must have a
well-developed concept and
reason for locating in
Detroit.
The company has helped
clients secure more than $1
million in funding and in-kind
services, such as legal and
architectural design services.
Business owners who live in
Detroit can get assistance
finding a building space and
securing a lease or letter of
intent.
Businesses who've been located in
their current space for at least one
year and who intend to stay, but
who need help with renovations, a
new Restore track has opened up
to help meet those specific needs.
The application process is
