Wild in Scotland Retreat"?
You'll get to do yoga, wild swimming, hiking, journaling,
meditation, and SOMA breathing, all in the serene landscapes of
the Scottish Highlands.
In addition to the many activities
held every day of the retreat,
you'll be treated to chef-
prepared vegetarian and vegan
meals and a variety of health and
wellness procedures.
You will stay in one of
